    How to merge PDF files

    1. Add your PDFs. Drop them into the box above or click to browse. You can add as many as you need.
    2. Set the order. Use the ↑ and ↓ buttons beside each file — the merged document follows the list from top to bottom.
    3. Press Merge PDFs. Your browser combines the files on the spot. Nothing is uploaded.
    4. Download. The merged file saves as merged.pdf, ready to send or archive.

    Good to know

Page quality is preserved exactly — merging copies pages from the original files rather than re-rendering them, so text stays sharp and selectable. Password-protected or damaged PDFs cannot be read by the browser; if one file fails, remove it and merge the rest. Very large PDFs are limited only by your device's memory.

    Frequently asked questions

Is my PDF really not uploaded?

Correct. The combining happens in this browser tab using code that runs on your device. You can verify it yourself: load this page, switch on airplane mode, and merge — it still works.

Is there a limit on how many files I can merge?

There is no account limit and no daily counter. The practical limit is your device's memory; dozens of ordinary documents merge without trouble.

Will the merged PDF keep its quality?

Yes. Pages are copied, not re-compressed, so the merged file looks exactly like the originals.

    Can I merge a password-protected PDF?

Not directly — the browser cannot open it without the password. Unlock your own file first in a PDF reader, then merge the unlocked copy.
