    Good to know

This places a faithful image of your handwritten signature into the document — perfect for forms, agreements and acknowledgements. It is not a cryptographic digital signature with a certificate; where a certified e-signature is legally required, your organisation's signing platform is the right tool. Your signature image is created and embedded entirely on your device.

    Frequently asked questions

Is this the same as a digital signature?

No. It embeds your handwritten signature as an image, which is widely accepted for everyday documents. Certificate-based digital signatures are a different, cryptographic mechanism.

Can I sign on a phone?

Yes — the pad accepts touch and stylus input, and the page preview is tap-to-place.

    Is my signature stored anywhere?

No. It exists only in this tab while you work, and inside the signed PDF you download.

    Can I sign several pages?

Run the tool once per page you need signed; each run produces a complete signed copy to build on.
